Antipasti Platter

An assortment of sliced meats, domestic and import cheese, grilled vegetables, marinated olives, pickles, savoury dips and other seasonal Mediterranean nibblies, accompanied with a basket of fresh baked whole grain and sourdough bread and crackers (rice cracker available) $8 per person

All salads are served on mixed organic greens with a house made dressing.

    Thinly sliced local fennel and slow cooked Puy lentils, tossed with toasted almonds and honey Dijon vinaigrette.
  • Panzanella
    House made croutons tossed with roasted red pepper, zucchini and eggplant, fresh tomatoes and basil; served with balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Nicoise
    Olive oil packed tuna, steamed local baby potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, hard boiled egg and mixed organic greens; tossed with honey Dijon vinaigrette.
  • Red Skin Potato & Snow Pea
    Local red skin potatoes steamed and tossed with snow peas and green onion, with honey Dijon vinaigrette.

Organic Chickpea, Yam and Tofu Curry | vegan
Local yams, organic tofu and organic chickpeas served in an Indian style coconut curry sauce; served with naan bread, basmati or brown rice.

Green Chicken Curry | curry base contains shellfish
Thai style green curry with chicken, baby bok choy and red bell pepper, topped with fresh cilantro; served with basmati or brown rice.

Chicken & White Bean Chile | gluten free option available - please ask
Organic white beans and free run chicken, stewed with mild ancho and poblano chillies and tomatoes; served with cornbread muffins.

Pulled Pork
Locally raised pork, braised with apple cider vinegar, white wine, herbs and spices. Served with house made BBQ sauce, assorted buns and ancho lime coleslaw (vinaigrette).

Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas | vegetarian option available - please ask
Organic black beans and chicken tossed with Jack cheese, cherry tomatoes and fresh cilantro and wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, baked with house made enchilada sauce.

Spanokapita | vegetarian | lunch size: $7.95/person; dinner size: $9.95/person
Greek style spinach and feta pie; served with greek salad.

Roast Chicken
Island raised chicken with ancho chili (mild) and brown sugar rubbed; served with local baby potatoes and seasonal grilled vegetables.

Exotic Mushroom Ragout | vegetarian; wheat free
Served with polenta. Locally raised exotic mushrooms cooked with brandy, fresh herbs and cream.

Beef Bourguignon
Canadian beef, stewed with local mushroom, pearl onions, red wine and bacon; served with local celeriac and potato mash.

Eggplant Parmesan | vegetarian
Local eggplants baked with house made tomato sauce (low sodium) and provolone cheese; served with gnocci romana (semolina dumplings).

Moussaka
Ground beef and eggplant baked with tomato sauce and topped with bechamel sauce (made with low fat milk). Served with greek salad.

Indian Style Butter Chicken
Served with naan bread, basmati or brown rice.

Falafel/Souvlaki Station | falafel is vegetarian
House made falafel and chicken souvlaki skewers, served with warm pita bread, tzasiki, tomato and cucumber salad.
