Life Skills Certificate Program (Ages 15-19)
Are you ready for the next step? Build your skills and your resume.
The Life Skills Certificate Program is aimed at youth who are working towards their independence and/or transitioning into adulthood. This group is open to all youth who feel that they would benefit from safe and supportive discussions with peers and professionals.
We will explore topics such as human rights, suicide prevention, sexual health, self awareness, fitness and health, problem solving and job skills.
After each workshop, youth will receive a participation certificate which can be listed on resumes under Educational Training. Youth who participate in all 12 workshops will receive a Lifeskills Program Certificate, indicating that they have taken 18 hours of lifeskills training!
