Tai Chi (Seated)
This is a series of seated exercises developed from Tai Chi warm-ups and movements and is suitable for people looking for gentle, low impact exercise. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the movements, so that there is no need to memorize a complicated routine.
These classes are helpful for people recovering from accidents, illness, or stroke, and anyone looking for a gentle exercise routine in a stress-free environment.
Mondays, 1:15-2:15pm, except stat holidays.
Drop-in price is $4 per class.
